Expert Witness Engagement - Quantum
Authored over hundred expert reports covering subjects as diverse as domestic construction to multi-million dollar disputes/claims and have developed working relationships with a range of law firms in Australia.
Cross examined in Courts and Tribunals on ten occasions.
Commercial advisory services
Appointed as a commercial director/senior commercial manager for various projects including Sydney Metro, TfNSW (multiple roles) and Christies Beach WWTP.
Insurance claim assessment
Acted on behalf of both principals and contractors in preparing or responding to claims.
Quantity surveying services
Supported numerous projects in both pre-award budget advice and progress claim assessment. I have also provided strategic cost advice to property owners in relation to disputes with builders.
